I have been a loan agent since 2003, and it is still my passion to support people purchasing real estate. I LOVE helping people attain their homes and other investment properties. I do not take it for granted that I am extremely lucky to have a career that supports people in a HUGE fundamental fashion, securing their residences and building their real estate portfolios. I get to support and empower people in very impactful ways. I never lose sight that my leadership through the barrage of mortgage options and rules contributes to people’s success. Your success matters, it’s the foundation you and your loved ones grow from, additionally great choices in real estate can lead to dynamic wealth creation. I am very pleased to be able to contribute to your life and the lives of others in such an important way.
The benefit of working with such a tenured agent is threefold:
Mortgages have lots of rules for every situation. Thus loans go through an official underwriting process with the banks. Having a loan agent with a ton of experience means that I have a lot of knowledge about guidelines and procedures. I can effectively coach people for the loan journey. Also, I can have sophisticated conversations with underwriters to make sure every avenue for success is examined.
If you were to take your family on a rafting trip down the Colorado River, would you want a guide prepared for Class VI rapids just in case? I certainly would. Working with a tenured loan agent and their team offers just that. Experience is worth its weight in gold in this case. Tenured agents have experience in the normal and the nuanced. You want to have someone that has been down the river a thousand plus times for sure.

I have always had a natural passion for architecture, homes, and the future of green energies. My degree from UC Santa Barbara highlighted organizational structure and propelled my endeavors as a senior loan advisor. I soon found that my clients would be better served by starting a loan brokerage so I could cut out time, monies, and resources on the middle-men. Mortgage banks and the like are top heavy in management and that means higher rates. So as a broker I go directly to the lending sources and capture the best rates that the markets can offer. My clients are well served!
We also team with builders and real estate offices with a vast array of lenders and loan products. Where there is a will there is typically a way. We look at each buyer’s unique profile and strategize their success to house keys. “Keys please”.
I am surrounded by an excellent team and we practice and live the motto “Always have our clients best interests at heart”.
